Main description:
The whole line of cushion filling machine is an automatic mixing and filling line according to the highest technology in the Europe market.
It works with two kind of material, one is ball fiber, another one is feather.
We will need three operators to handle it up with Siemens control system with efficiently function.
One of the operators should work for feeding feather and polyester fiber manually and two operators should work at the filling operation table.
The silos store the finished ball fiber and feather to prepare for mixing.
As soon as the material is running out from the silos, the operator will get an alarm of feeding material from photo switch.
The mixing tanks assembled with scales under the tank feet that are ready to mix the different material according to the different requirements of mixing percentage, so that saves time for the whole line operation. Both of the ball fiber and feather unit will be connected the mixing tanks already that without any manual operation in this program.
The material that already mixed will be delivered into the filling device directly from the tank.
First of all, set up the ball fiber and feather mixing percentage, meanwhile set up the filling time and filling weight for each chamber at the PLC control panel and the machine will be running automatically according to the data.
